Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask Processing Flow

Stainless steel vacuum flask: It is made of double layer of stainless steel, inner and outer shells. The welding technology is used to combine the inner shell and the outer shell, and then vacuum technology /furnace to pump the air between the inner and outer shell of the flask to vacuum insulation effect.

Processing Flow:
1.Outer shell processing process: Pipe picking – cutting pipe – bulging – section – bulging – rolling angle – shrinking the bottom – cutting bottom – punching – flat upper mouth – flushing bottom – flat bottom mouth – washing and drying – inspection& knocking pit – qualified outer shell

2.Inner shell processing process (there are two, this process is one process. The other is punching, but the limitations for the punching one) : Inner tube picking – cut tube – flat tube – bulging – roll on the corner – flat top – flat bottom – roll threading – cleaning and drying – inspection &knocking pit – butt welding – water leak detection test – drying – qualified inner shell

3, Inner shell and outer shell assembly process : fitting cup mouth – welding mouth – pressure in the end of the bottom of the weld – welding seam welding bottom – midsole spot welding the getter – vacuum brazing furnace – temperature measurement – electrolytic – polishing – temperature measurement- polishing &test- pressure outside bottom – spray painting – snap checking -painting checking-screen paint-packaging – finished product -vacuum flask/cups
