Silicon carbide recrystallization furnace
Silicon carbide recrystallization sintering furnace is mainly used in the recrystallization of silicon carbide ceramic sintering process, also used in special ceramics (boron carbide, silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide, etc.), high melting point metal, carbide and other powder material of high temperature sintering, for some high melting point metal can also be used for annealing and degassing treatment and other fields. Recrystallized silicon carbide products have high density, fine crystal structure, good mechanical and thermal properties, and have good application prospects.
The equipment adopts the principle of intermediate frequency power supply heating, effectively avoid the high temperature insulation resistance heating vacuum furnace, so the temperature of 1600 ℃ ~ 2300 ℃ than resistance furnace has a larger advantage.
Vacuum furnace configuration options:
1. Highly efficient degumming/dedusting equipment (adopting the new structure of the lead wind system).
2. Advanced, fast and maintenance fast cooling structure. (avoid the disadvantages of low efficiency and easy leakage of old structures)

The device is controlled by a combination of touch screen and programmable controller (PLC), easy to operate and intuitive.
6. The main components of the control system are joint venture products such as schneider, Siemens or ABB to minimize the failure rate.
7. The control system is equipped with alarm functions such as super-temperature, overpressure and water breaking. The system can be automatically processed according to the needs, which can reduce the damage to the equipment and ensure the safety of personnel.
