Notices in automatic control of vacuum furnace

To complete the process of the vacuum furnace automatic control, automatic control system needs to check vacuum degree, temperature, technical running parameters and conditions of degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling room. There are mainly the following items:
1) Detect parameters: 3 points temperature of degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, pressure inside furnace, vacuum degree, etc.;
2) Check conditions: over-temperature alarm, over-pressure alarm, water shortage alarm of degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber;
3) Heating: adjust heating power and chamber temperature inside furnace through running of temperautre control gauge. Each chamber uses thermocouple for sampling, compare furnace body temperature with required temperature, check difference;
4) Control output: control skip car to transport among degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, control operations of diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump, main valve, rough valve, forestage valve, etc, reach required vacuum environment.
