Vacuum Oil Quenching

Vacuum oil quenching furnace is mainly divided into two types: double chamber furnace and three chamber furnace. The two-chamber furnace is composed of heating chamber and cooling chamber, and the three-chamber furnace is equipped with an additional preparation chamber, which makes the production more continuous and improves the production efficiency.

Vacuum oil quenching furnace is mainly used for bright quenching and annealing of alloy steel, tool steel, die steel, high speed steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel and other products.
The main components of the two-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnace body are heating chamber, cooling chamber, heat insulation, air-cooled fan, oil pool, etc.

Working characteristics: Because the furnace body is divided into heating chamber and cooling chamber, the furnace charging car is used for automatic operation. The furnace charging car has strict limit requirements. The workpiece is transferred between the heating chamber and the cooling chamber through the furnace charging car, thus completing the whole heat treatment process. Vacuum oil quenching furnace should timely open oil stirring to discharge gas in oil during heating process, press before quenching, play the role of lowering quenching oil level, and open oil stirring during quenching, so as to increase convection and improve quenching effect. Quenching oil used in vacuum furnace is a special vacuum quenching oil, which needs to be purchased from professional manufacturers. Vacuum oil quenching furnace can also realize gas quenching below 2 bar, which is suitable for smaller parts. In the process of gas quenching, the fan and heat exchanger can make the parts cooling rapidly so as to achieve quenching effect.

The main components of the three-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnace body are heating chamber, cooling chamber, preparation chamber, air-cooled fan, two heat insulation, oil pool, etc. The three-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnace has the same working principle as the two-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnace. It has an additional preparation chamber, which can make the production cycle more continuous. After heating, it can enter the next furnace immediately. It can make more effective use of the original temperature of the furnace body, save resources to a greater extent, and reduce production costs. And the production cycle; but the production cost has increased.

Characteristics of vacuum oil quenching furnace:

3. Quenching oil has little pollution and can be reused for a long time.
