PI Graphene Thermal Conductive Film by High Temperature Carbonization Graphitization
PI film is also called “gold film”. After high-temperature carbonization and graphitization of high-performance PI film, that is, polyimide (Polyimide) PI is carbonized at high temperature and graphitized to produce graphite sheets with high thermal conductivity, which can obtain thermal conductivity that is several times that of copper graphite sheet is the best solution for heat dissipation of electronic products. Beside it is applied widely in electronic products, PI films also play an important role in motor insulation and protection systems for rail transportation, aerospace industries due to their high temperature resistance and electrical insulation characteristics.
For example, it is widely used in smart phones, tablet computers, fanless design notebook computers, LED lighting equipment, medical equipment, new energy vehicle power batteries,5G related products and so on.
PI film is made of thermal conductive graphene as the main thermal conductive material, polymer resin as the conductive layer of the cured layer and heat dissipating eye liquid formulation as the system, which is precision coated. The basic parameters of the production of such thin film equipment are as follows:
