Mold vacuum heat treatment technology
Vacuum heat treatment technology is developed in recent years, a new type of heat treatment technology, it has the characteristics of it is desperately needed in the mould manufacturing, such as preventing oxidation and decarburization, vacuum degassing and degassing, eliminate hydrogen embrittlement, so as to improve the plasticity, toughness and fatigue strength of materials. The vacuum heating is slow and the temperature difference between the parts inside and outside is small, which determines the small deformation of parts caused by vacuum heat treatment process.
The main applications of mold vacuum heat treatment are vacuum oil quenching, vacuum air quenching and vacuum tempering.
