Low tempering furnace
Low temperature tempering furnace: the main purpose of the metal parts of normalizing, annealing, quenching. The furnace energy-saving electric furnace using lightweight refractory brick and refractory fiber. 1200 ℃ for metal or alloy steel parts quenching.
Process method of low temperature vacuum tempering furnace:
1) using the equipment with computer continuous monitoring and automatic adjustment of the liquid nitrogen intake and the automatic rise and cooling of the cryogenic treatment box.
2) the processing process of the process is composed of three procedures, namely, temperature reduction and temperature insulation.
The reasons for the progressive performance of cryogenic treatment are as follows:
1) it transforms the low-hardness austenite into a harder, more stable, abrasion-resistant and heat-resistant martensite;
2) through ultra-low temperature treatment, the lattice of the treated materials has a more widely distributed carbide particles with higher hardness and finer granularity;
3) it can produce a more uniform, smaller and smaller material with a greater density in the metal grains;
4) due to the addition of microcarbide particles and a finer lattice, the more dense molecular structure is caused, which greatly reduces the small hole in the material.
5) the internal thermal stress and mechanical stress are greatly reduced after ultra-low temperature treatment, thus effectively reducing the possibility that the tool and tool can crack and collapse. In addition, because of the influence of residual stress of tool cutting edge’s capacity to absorb the kinetic energy, after cryogenic treatment of the cutting tool not only has high abrasion resistance, residual stress and its harm than untreated tool greatly reduced;
6) in the cemented carbide, a new combination of molecular structure is generated due to the reduction of its electron kinetic energy.
