Horizontal vacuum carbonization furnace:
Mainly used for carbon / carbon composite materials, carbon fiber insulation materials, high thermal conductivity graphite film high temperature carbonation treatment.

Technical features:

Horizontal vacuum carbonization furnace (carbon material) with multi-temperature zone independent temperature control, temperature uniformity is good; optional external circulation fast cooling system, single furnace production cycle is short, can achieve positive or negative pressure carbonization process; The resulting tar, dust, tail gas, etc. can be effectively treated.

Vertical vacuum carbonization furnace:
Can be designed to use graphite as a heating body with a carbon heating environment, the maximum temperature of up to 1600 ℃ or more for carbon / carbon composites, ceramic matrix composites, carbon fiber insulation materials, high temperature carbonation, cracking treatment. Can also be designed to use metal as a heating body without carbon heating environment, the maximum temperature of 1100 ℃, for special materials in the aerobic degreasing, sintering and other treatment.
