Vacuum oil quenching furnace is mainly used for bright quenching and annealing of alloy steel, tool steel, die steel, high speed steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel and other products. It can be divided into two types: double chamber furnace and three chamber furnace. The double-chamber furnace is composed of heating chamber and cooling chamber, and the three-chamber furnace is added with one more preparation chamber to make the production more continuous and improve the production efficiency. Its characteristics are: the conventional furnace type, the same power, the adaptability of the oil quenching furnace is relatively wide; the same specification (furnace load) of the furnace, the production cost of the oil quenching furnace is relatively low; quenching oil in the use process of pollution is small, can be used repeatedly for a long time; the whole working period, the furnace has been in a negative pressure state, high safety; in quenching cold; But the speed is faster, which can improve the production efficiency. Work characteristics: generally using the furnace truck for automatic operation, furnace truck must have strict limit requirements, through the furnace truck will be the workpiece between the heating chamber and the cooling chamber to transfer, thus completing the entire heat treatment process. The blower is generally pre-cooling the workpiece before quenching and lowering the level of quenching oil, generally before quenching to carry out 3-5 seconds of pre-cooling. Before quenching and quenching, oil is also used to stir the gas to quench the oil and lower the oil temperature. Quenching oil must choose special vacuum quenching oil.
Vacuum gas quenching furnace is suitable for quenching tool steel, die steel, high speed steel, stainless steel and other materials; solid solution treatment of stainless steel pipe fittings and other materials; annealing treatment of various magnetic materials; also can be used for stainless steel vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering. Vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace is generally single chamber furnace, which is mainly divided into two types: vertical furnace and horizontal furnace. Its advantages are: the structure of the workpiece after gas quenching is more uniform, less deformation; quenching medium is a high-purity inert gas, generally 99.999% nitrogen, no pollution to the surface of the workpiece, high cleanliness; suitable for heat treatment of steel with better hardenability, precision workpiece is generally used gas quenching. Fire; quenching fan power is relatively large, should be reasonable use of electrical resources, cost savings; quenching when filled with high-pressure nitrogen, up to 6-10bar, higher product quality requirements. Furnace design features: heat exchanger using copper finned tube, cooling speed is fast; air nozzle uniform distribution, workpiece quenching uniform, workpiece deformation is small; heating elements uniformly distributed hot chamber, furnace temperature uniformity is high.
The products of vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace have small deformation, which makes the workpiece more precise, but some materials can not be quenched in the gas quenching furnace; the vacuum oil quenching furnace has strong quenching ability and can be used in vacuum technology of various materials.
