Vacuum graphitization furnace is mainly used for high-temperature graphitization, high temperature purification and other vacuum high-temperature furnaces or high-temperature vacuum furnaces for carbon/carbon composite materials, hard insulation blankets, cured felts, carbon fiber insulation materials, and graphite products.

Vacuum graphitizing furnace introduction
1. The equipment can be designed according to the customer’s requirements, which can meet the vacuum processing requirements for ultra-large workpieces;

2. Use resistance/intermediate frequency induction heating according to customer’s requirements and can be used stably for a long time at 2850°C;

3. Use multi-temperature zone independent temperature control, good temperature uniformity;

4. Using special high temperature infrared measurement technology, accurate temperature control, small error;

5. Optional external and external cooling system, single furnace production cycle is short, high efficiency.

6. Furnace Door: Hinge Rotary/Trolley Translating; Manual Locking/Automatic Locking.

7. Furnace shell: full carbon steel/inner stainless steel/all stainless steel.

8. Furnace: soft felt/soft graphite felt/rigid composite felt.

9. Heater, muffle: imported isostatic graphite/three-high graphite/fine-grain graphite.
