Sintering vacuum furnace
The sintering vacuum furnace takes molybdenum wire as heating element, adopts double shell structure and PID30 segment programmed temperature control system, phase shift trigger and silicon controlled, the furnace chamber adopts soft and hard carbon fiber material, which can rapidly rise and cool down. The shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate and the door are sealed with high temperature silica gel O-ring, and the door is equipped with water cooling system. This furnace must be sintered in vacuum, this furnace adopts 2 x – 30 mechanical pump (with electromagnetic valve) and K – 200 oil diffusion pump, with cold trap and units at the same time, this furnace has small volume, temperature, low surface temperature and elevating temperature field equilibrium rate quickly, price concessions, the advantages of energy saving, universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises do vacuum sintering with the ideal product.
Purpose of sintering vacuum furnace:
Sintering vacuum furnace is a digital controlled graphite heating furnace, which is mainly used for degreasing and sintering of non-oxide ceramics such as silicon carbide ceramics and boron carbide ceramics.
Characteristics of sintering vacuum furnace:
Furnace body: the inner layer of the furnace shell is made of stainless steel. The outer layer of the cylindrical shell is carbon steel. A jacket formed between the two layers can carry cooling water away the heat transferred to the furnace shell, so that the furnace wall temperature does not exceed 60℃. The upper and lower flanges are welded as a whole. In the middle, there are infrared temperature measuring hole (with protective atmosphere vent), thermocouple temperature measuring hole, air vent and observation hole, thermocouple has automatic exit device to temperature, infrared temperature measuring observation hole has glass air blowing anti-fog device, the observation hole used by the operator is equipped with baffle.
Furnace cover: it is composed of inner and outer cover and flange. The intermediate water-cooled furnace cover is suspended on the opening and closing mechanism. The handle of the plate moving starting mechanism can lift the furnace cover to 10-15mm.
Furnace bottom: it is also composed of inner and outer head and flange, water cooled in the middle, fixed in the bottom of furnace body, electrode introduction, pressure head inlet diaphragm valve and other components, and equipped with adjustable height displacement sensor.
Vacuum system: The electric furnace vacuum system adopts 2X-30 mechanical pump (equipped with electromagnetic discharge valve) and K-200 oil diffusion pump. Meanwhile, it is equipped with cold trap and unit. Vacuum measurement is a composite vacuum gauge. The vacuum system is also equipped with a vent valve and a charging valve, and the vacuum connecting hose is made of stainless steel metal hose.
Ten Precautions for installation of sintering vacuum furnace:
1. Check whether all parts and accessories in the control cabinet are complete and in good condition.
2. The control cabinet shall be installed on the corresponding foundation and fixed.
3. Install the wiring diagram, refer to the electrical schematic diagram, connect the external main loop and control loop, and ground the connection reliably to ensure no error.
4, check the movable part of the electrical appliances should be free of movement, no dead phenomenon.
5. Insulation resistance shall be no less than 2 megohm.
6. All valves of the vacuum furnace must be in the closed position.
7. Control the power switch on the off position.
8. manual regulating knob counterclockwise rotating head.
9. Put the alarm button in the open position.
10. Complete the connection of circulating cooling water of the equipment according to the plan. It is suggested that the user connect one more standby water (available tap water) at the main inlet and outlet water pipe of the equipment to prevent the sealing ring from burning out due to the failure of circulating water or power failure.
