Lithium battery anode high temperature graphitizing furnace
After the large screen and diversified functions of digital terminal products, new requirements have been put forward for battery life. Natural graphite and artificial graphite are currently the main anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. 1. The negative electrode graphite material has a large heat capacity, and its bulk density is small. After the high temperature treatment is completed, it is not suitable to adopt the fast cooling structure of the gas circulation method, and one plate adopts natural cooling. In order to improve the production effect, the conventional method is adopted. A power supply controls 3-4 high-temperature furnaces. Only one of them heats up at any time, and the other is in a cooling state. Conventional models have 1 drag 2, 1 drag 4 and 1 drag 6.
2, touch screen or industrial computer fully automatic control of the process parameters. PLC programmable and touch screen display system, intelligent temperature control table and PLC to achieve data communication;
3, the use of sealed internal circulation of pure water cooling system; digital flow monitoring system, each road water monitoring and protection by the flow meter;
4. In order to adapt to the lighter weight characteristics of carbon powder/graphite powder, the vacuum piping, switches, intake and exhaust of this equipment are all set as PID controlled slow opening and closing devices;
5. Exhaust pipe thickening and shortening design effectively prevent dust accumulation and block exhaust outlet;
6, according to the degree of vacuum requirements plus Roots pump, vacuum up to 100Pa;
7. Different anode materials will produce volume expansion and impurity volatilization at different temperature points, causing sudden changes in the pressure in the furnace. This system is specially designed to increase the inlet and outlet gas automatic balance system. (The vacuum pressure controller is controlled by the PID controller through the closed loop of the air solenoid valve).
8, the use of high-performance gas purifier, the oxygen content of the gas can be reduced to 1PPM, the dew point temperature can be reduced to -65 °C.
9, multi-function console can achieve remote control, up to 150 meters distance.
