High temperature vacuum furnace
The furnace of high temperature vacuum electric furnace is made of high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material with good heat preservation performance. Application of high temperature vacuum furnace:
High temperature vacuum furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of electronic components, new materials and powder materials in vacuum or atmosphere. Also used in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, institutions of higher learning and scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises electronic ceramic products pre firing, sintering, brazing and other processes. It can realize no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburization, can remove the phosphorus chips on the surface of the workpiece, and has the function of degreasing and degassing, so as to achieve the effect of surface bright purification.
Classification of high temperature vacuum furnaces:
According to the electrode type, the high temperature vacuum furnace can be divided into two categories: consumable furnace and non consumable furnace. The main industrial use is the self consumption furnace. There are also furnaces with consumable electrode and non consumable electrode at the same time. The main charge is provided by consumable electrode, and the auxiliary heating is conducted by non consumable electrode. Such furnaces are often used for casting furnaces.
The electrode of the consumable furnace is made of the melted material itself, which is called consumable electrode. In the smelting process, the electrode end is gradually melted and dropped into the water-cooled copper crucible, and the electrode itself continuously consumes itself. High temperature vacuum furnace is mainly used for remelting the billets of active metals and refractory metals such as titanium, zirconium, molybdenum, tantalum and niobium to make ingots, such as remelting the sponge titanium electrode into titanium ingots. The high temperature vacuum furnace can also be used for refining alloy steel and making large-diameter high-quality ingots, such as forging billets for generator shafts and rolls.
The electrode of non consumable furnace is made of high melting point materials such as tungsten. The electrode itself is not consumed in the work, and the furnace charge needs to be added into the furnace by other ways. This kind of high temperature vacuum furnace is mainly used for casting the special-shaped castings of the above materials in vacuum and making the test ingots in the laboratory.
