The pressure in the inlet pipe is gradient, the more near the furnace body, the more the negative pressure, which will lead to abnormal color.
Thirdly, we can detect the purity of the inert gas in the vacuum furnace. When the purity of the inert gas is not enough, the oxygen in the inert gas will lead to the oxidation and decarbonization of the product, which will lead to the discoloration of the product. The purity of gas can be directly detected or compared with other equipment.
Finally, the moisture is attached to the inner wall of the vacuum furnace or on the heat exchanger. This moisture is difficult to drain through the oven.
