Introduction of hydrogen sintering furnace:
Hydrogen sintering furnace (molybdenum/tungsten wire sintering furnace) is a high-temperature sintering furnace with molybdenum/tungsten wire as the heating element, molybdenum as the heat shield, a stainless steel or carbon steel as the furnace body, under the protection of H2 gas (furnace and furnace body) for high-temperature sintering of tungsten and molybdenum products.The equipment consists of furnace cover (door), bottom (head), furnace body and electric control system.It is mainly used for sintering, annealing and welding of some special high temperature materials.
Main technical parameters of hydrogen sintering furnace:
Max temperature: 1700℃、1500℃、1300℃
Ultimate vacuum degree: 1Pa( can be used as vacuum hydrogen dual-purpose furnace)
Pressure rising rate: 0.67Pa/h
Temperature uniformity: ≤±5℃
Installation: vertical (or horizontal)
Uniform temperature zone: designed according to user requirements
