How to choose heating chamber of vacuum furnace

1. Graphite reflector screen: generally there are hard felt and soft felt used in vacuum furnace, applied for quenching, tempering, annealing of steel; high temperature brazing, powder metallurgy and sintering, etc.
2. Metal heat insulation screen: generally there are stainless steel screen and molybdenum screen used in vacuum furnace. Molybdenum reflector screen is suitable for quenching, annealing, high temperature brazing, sintering of high temperature material with high requirement of inside furnace environment (such as: high temperature alloy, titanium alloy, magnetic materials, etc.). Stainless steel reflator screen is suitable for tempering, annealing, aging, vacuum aluminum brazing, etc., of the low temperature furnace.
