High temperature vacuum annealing furnace
High temperature vacuum annealing furnace is mainly used for soft magnetic materials, stainless steel, titanium alloy, hard alloy, non-ferrous metals such as vacuum annealing and aging process, also suitable for tool steel, die steel and other steel of the tempering process, etc. The equipment is composed of furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, electric control system, water cooling system, pneumatic system and external feeding vehicle.
Standard structure and its characteristics
1. Vacuum furnace hosts are horizontal, single room and front door structure. The furnace and furnace cover are double wall water cooling structure. The inner wall of the furnace is made of high quality carbon steel and the outer wall is welded with carbon steel plate. The front end face is welded with flange. The door of the furnace is connected to the furnace by hinges.
2. Heating chamber (furnace) is a full metal radiation screen, which consists of insulation layer, heating element and material table.
3. The vacuum system adopts the HG-150 mechanical pump, ZJP-1200 roots pump and the DN250 vacuum butterfly valve, bellows connector, vacuum gauge pipe and attached device installed in the vacuum pipe. The selection of vacuum unit has sufficient reserve capacity, thus ensuring the system’s rapid pumping and shortening the production cycle.
4. The electric control system composed of industrial LCD touch screen, PLC, silicon controlled voltage regulator of intelligent instrument and temperature program control and the programmable controller of mechanical action process control of two parts. Can be realized.
