High pressure vacuum sintering furnace
Vacuum hot pressing furnace is the equipment of hot pressing sintering process. Vacuum hot pressing sintering is high temperature in a vacuum environment to sample a certain pressure, which makes the germ particles at high temperature in the body, at the same time, by mechanical force, contact and the spread of the particles in different embryo, the flow of particles, powder particle size, the appearance of the powder, filling in the accumulation of large gap, pore is ruled out, so as to improve the response and density of the sample.
Vacuum hot pressing sintering is a technical progress, mainly used in.
1. Diamond and cubic boron nitride products of tool type: alloy products; Metal ceramics, powder high speed steel products.
2. Electrician: soft magnetic, permanent magnet, high temperature magnetic material; Ferrite, electric contact material, metal heating material, electrical vacuum material.
3. The special material: super alloy powder, the oxide dispersion strengthened materials, carbon and boron nitride dispersion strengthened materials, fiber reinforced material, high purity refractory metal (tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, tungsten, cy) composite metal and alloy, etc. In:
A. Composite TiCX/Al powder with hot pressure Ti3AlC2.
B.B4C/BN composite material hot pressure preparation.
C. Alti-al2ti4-a2o3-tic composite material prepared by hot pressing.
