The temperature uniformity and cooling speed are one of the important signs of the high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace.
The main parameters of high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace are effective heating area (high x width x length) 600mm x 600mm x 900mm. Rated furnace quantity 500kg/furnace; The highest heating temperature of 1320 ℃; Rated working temperature 1280 ℃; Uniformity of furnace temperature + 5 ℃ or less (empty furnace at 9, 1000 ℃, temperature); Limit vacuum degree 0.7Pa; The working vacuum is 100 ~ 100Pa. Pressure rise rate 0.5 Pa/h or less; Maximum temperature 60 min or less (empty furnace at room temperature to 1320 ℃); The pumping rate is less than 15min (from atmospheric pressure to 50Pa); The pressure of cooling gas is less than 0.6mpa (absolute pressure).
The high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace is composed of vacuum furnace shell, air flow dispenser, rapid gas cooling device, vacuum system, pneumatic system, water cooling system and control system.
