1. Good sealing. 2. Uniform flow of atmosphere. Select the position of inlet and outlet of air inlet properly and keep the space between the filling and the gas flow. The controlled atmosphere furnace used for chemical heat treatment usually has a fan and forced atmosphere flow.

3. Suitable heating elements. In order to prevent the furnace atmosphere and the action of the heating element carbon black deposits, such as short circuit phenomenon of controlled atmosphere furnace heating element often USES the tabular carburizing resistance electric heating element (low voltage high current power supply), or USES the radiant tube heating element, isolation atmosphere.

4. Set up front room and back room, quench tank and furnace seal. After the front and rear room entry and exit the coarse vacuum, recharging the gas, can greatly reduce the atmosphere consumption.

5. Safety and explosion protection devices are provided. There are blast-proof holes at the top of the furnace or in front and back, and safety devices, pressure gauges and safety alarms are also provided.
