Selection of vacuum oil filling equipment

We have a few problems when purchasing oil-type transformer vacuum oiling equipment, we need to communicate with you to confirm, thank you!

1. Specification of transformer vacuum oil filling tank: 6m×4m×4m. Is it the inner wall size of the tank? Do you need an electric trolley? Trolley size: 5.5 m×3.6m×0.5m, load-bearing: 25 tons is appropriate?

2. What are the maximum specifications of transformers that need oil injection? What are the specifications of the six oil-filled transformers? The largest oil injection volume in a furnace? Whether the transformer oil needs to be heated to 60℃ in the oil injection equipment.

3. The transformer (several sets) to be filled with oil is sent into the oil filling tank by an electric trolley. There is a hard pipe at the end of the oil injection pipeline, which is inserted into the transformer oil tank from the upper part of the transformer oil tank. If necessary, place the liquid level controller in the tank in the upper hole of the transformer oil tank for oil level control.

4. The oil injection vacuum is 200Pa. The time when the oil injection tank is pumped below 200Pa is less than 60min. Continue to evacuate after oil filling begins.

5.Control of oil injection volume: There are two methods. One is one flowmeter per channel. The oil injection volume can be preset for each flowmeter on the touch screen. After the oil volume is reached, a signal is sent to automatically close the oil injection valve. Another way is to install an oil injection level controller on the fuel tank. After the oil injection level is reached, a signal is sent to automatically close the oil injection valve.

6. Control of oil injection speed: There is a manual valve on each oil injection pipeline, and the oil injection speed is controlled by the opening and closing degree. The maximum oil injection speed is> 15L/min.

7. The oil filling process can be controlled automatically and manually.

8. About oil spill: The bottom of the oil injection tank is inclined toward the rear of the tank, and the oil spill is collected at the rear of the tank. There is a signal from the liquid level controller, and the valve of the oil drain line is released.

9. The interface between the oil injection equipment and the customer: the oil injection pipeline of the equipment transformer is connected to the customer oil pipeline. If the customer supplies oil through the oil filter, the oil filter needs to continuously pump oil to the oil injection equipment. If the customer connects an oil tank to the oil pipeline, the oil in the tank can be sucked into the transformer in the oil tank by the vacuum of the oil tank.

Transformer oil enters the oil injection tank, there are three ways for customers to choose:

A.After the transformer oil provided by the customer passes through the flowmeter and valve, the oil injection pipe directly enters the oil injection tank and is inserted into the transformer oil tank.

B.The transformer oil provided by the customer first enters a evacuated buffer tank at the top of the oil injection tank for degassing, and then, by gravity, passes through the flow meter, valve, and oil injection pipe directly into the oil injection tank and is inserted into the transformer oil tank.

C.The transformer oil provided by the customer first enters a evacuated buffer tank at the top of the oil injection tank for degassing. This buffer tank has a heating function and reaches the predetermined temperature. Then, it relies on gravity to pass through the flow meter, valve, and oil injection pipeline directly into the oil injection Tank and insert it into the transformer tank.
