The commonly used brazing furnaces are generally divided into aluminium brazing furnaces and stainless steel brazing furnaces.
Aluminum brazing vacuum furnace is suitable for vacuum brazing of aluminium evaporators, condensers, turbocharged coolers, waveguide tubes in automotive air conditioning and construction machinery industries. The highest temperature is 700 C.
Vacuum stainless steel brazing furnace is mainly used for high temperature brazing of automotive industry, aerospace, automotive oil cooler, welding of low carbon steel, stainless steel and copper, the highest temperature is 1300 C.
Brazing furnace working principle: When the vacuum system works, the first step is to start the mechanical pump, the maintenance pump and the diffusion pump (heating), open the front valve and the maintenance pump valve, and vacuum the diffusion pump. When the vacuum degree reaches a certain set value of the system, Roots pump starts, while the bypass valve opens and the front valve closes. At this time, the vacuum chamber is pumped low. When the diffusion pump is heated to the specified temperature and the vacuum degree is higher than the set value, the high valve opens, the bypass valve closes, and the front valve opens. At this time, high vacuum is pumped into the vacuum chamber, and heat treatment can be carried out only after the vacuum degree meets the technological requirements. After the hot working process is completed, the vacuum chamber is filled with high purity nitrogen by heat exchanger for forced cooling, and the whole process is completed.
Cautions for use of brazing furnace: use zonal heater arrangement to make the temperature uniformity in heating zone consistent; brazing workpiece in vacuum atmosphere can keep the workpiece clean and bright; complex parts and parts with special requirements need not be processed by supplementary process; selection of type must be carried out according to the required heating temperature. Selection, can not exceed its maximum operating temperature; the equipment belongs to low-pressure equipment, can not be filled with super-high pressure gas when charging and cooling, should be strictly operated in accordance with technical indicators.
