Vacuum equipment for vacuuming vacuum cups used in the society includes vacuum exhaust tables and vacuum brazing furnaces. There are about two types and four types. The thermal insulation effect of the stainless steel insulated water cup depends on the degree of vacuum between the inner tank and the outer shell, and has little to do with what process is used;

Vacuum brazing process of vacuum insulation cup:
Feeding-temperature rise to 300C at room temperature-heat preservation for 15-30 minutes (to allow the temperature uniformity inside the vacuum furnace to reach a good state)-continue to heat up to 500C-heat preservation-heat to above the melting point of the solder-a certain time Insulation, let the solder fully perform capillary action to solder the tail hole of the insulation cup-cool down to 200C-take the material.
