Vacuum brazed Oil Cooler
The oil cooler is mainly used for the cooling of engine lubricating oil or fuel oil of vehicles, engineering machinery, ships, etc. The hot side of the product is lubricating oil or fuel oil, and the cold side can be cooling water or air. When the vehicle is driving, the lubricating oil in the major lubrication systems relies on the power of the oil pump, passes the hot side channel of the oil cooler, and transfers heat to the cold side of the oil cooler, and the cooling water or cold air passes through the cold side channel of the oil cooler. The heat is taken away to realize the heat exchange between the hot and cold fluids, ensuring that the lubricating oil is at the most suitable working temperature. Including cooling of engine lubricants, automatic transmission lubricants, power steering lubricants, etc.
The main material of the product includes aluminum, copper, stainless steel, castings and other metal materials. After welding or assembly, the hot side channel and the cold side channel are connected into a complete heat exchanger. According to the cooling medium, it can be divided into two types of products: water-cooled oil and air-cooled oil. The product structure includes plate-fin type, disc type, box type, tube type, tube-fin type, seal type, tube-shell type, assembly assembly Other structural types; the product structure consists of: oil cooler core, oil cooler assembly, oil cooler core + shell, oil cooler core + shell + filter and other types. Tube-fin oil cooler

Disc oil cooler
It is mainly used for cooling engine oil on engine and gearbox. These products have the advantages of small size, high heat transfer efficiency and easy installation. Its water and oil passages are designed to be more compact. The number of cooling power can be adjusted according to the requirements of the engine. It is now widely used in light and medium-sized and car engines.
Integral oil cooler
The first type: mainly used for cooling engine oil on the torque converter of construction machinery. This type of product is welded with a water shell on the basis of a plate-fin type. It has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency and easy installation. Such products are water and oil. The Tao is designed together. Generally, it is used when the heat dissipation power is large and the space requirement is not high.
The second type (laminated): mainly used for engine oil cooling and gearbox oil cooling. The water and oil passages of these products are designed to have a more compact structure, higher heat transfer efficiency, and easy installation. Aluminum oil cooler
According to the function, there are three types of engine oil cooler, gearbox oil cooler and fuel cooler. Engine oil cooler
Aluminum oil coolers are used in both supercharged gasoline engines and car diesel engines. Oil coolers are used for displacements above 1.0L. At present, aluminum oil coolers for engines mainly have the following two structures, box type and disc type.
Box type oil cooler
The product is directly assembled on the rigid body of the engine or through the aluminum seat. The oil filter can be directly assembled on the cooler.
Disc oil cooler
Like the box structure, the product is directly assembled on the engine rigid body or through the aluminum seat. The oil filter can be directly assembled on the cooler. The oil flows from the engine outlet into the cooler inlet, after cooling, it flows into the oil filter, and the hollow bolt in the center of the cooler after filtering flows back to the engine. The product has compact structure and easy assembly.
Transmission oil cooler
Automatic transmissions require a cooler to cool the transmission oil. According to the different assembly positions and structures, it can be divided into the following three:

The water flow rate of this structure is relatively low and it is not easy to flow inside the cooler, so the heat dissipation efficiency is low, and due to the space limitation of the entire water chamber, the general heat dissipation can only reach 1- Around 6kw.
Air-cooled seal oil cooler
The product is assembled in the front-end module of the car, generally placed in front of the water tank. The product uses air cooling, so the cooling efficiency is relatively low, and the volume utilization factor is the lowest. However, because the temperature difference between the wind and the oil is relatively large, and the allowable space is large, a larger heat dissipation can also be achieved by increasing the heat dissipation area. . Box Type Oil Cooler
This is the most advanced structure in the gearbox oil cooler. This structure has high integration and flexible assembly. It can be assembled on the gearbox or on the frame of the vehicle. There are independent water channels and oil channels inside the product, and they are stacked on top of each other, so the heat dissipation efficiency is high, and the heat dissipation can be 1-15kw.
Tube-fin oil cooler
It is mainly used for cooling oil in automobiles, tractors, construction machinery, generator sets and small marine gearboxes. At present, the most widely used is to form a cooling module together with the water chamber and the water tank on the car, which is used as a cooler for cooling the transmission oil
Fuel cooler
The oil cooling filter assembly differs according to its installation position on the engine, and its components are also different. Most of the assembly is composed of the oil cooler core and the filter, the cover plate or the oil filter seat Parts composition. This structure occupies less space outside the machine body and has a compact structure. According to the different placement of the filter in the oil passage, some are filtered first and then cooled, and some are cooled and then filtered.
