Process Flow of Sintering NdFeB
The process flow of sintering NdFeB can be roughly divided into the following steps:
1.Ingredients, the main raw material of neodymium iron boron magnets is the rare earth metal neodymium 29%, metal element iron and non-metal element boron with a small amount of dysprosium, niobium, aluminum, copper and other elements.
2. Smelting is mainly responsible for casting the prepared materials into slabs or ingots, which are completed by a large furnace and a small furnace respectively.
3.Hydrogen smash is to use the hydrogen absorption properties of rare earth metal compounds to fuse the neodymium iron boron alloy in a hydrogen environment.
4. Jet mill can be understood as a mixer. The powder collides and fuses in the environment of high-pressure airflow.
5. Forming is to press the powder that has been stirred and ground into the mold into the desired shape.
6. Isostatic pressure. The working principle is Pascal’s constant force, which gradually releases equal pressure to the object to gradually reduce the density of the product to meet the predetermined requirements.
7.Peeling oil is to remove the statically pressed product packaging to prepare for sintering.
8. Put the product into a specific sintering furnace for a series of sintering. The small steps can be divided into: entering the furnace, sintering, out of the furnace, demagnetization, and reverse sintering to get the rough product.
9. It is also the final processing and manufacturing. The sintered blank materials are required: grinding, wire cutting, slicing, perforating, electroplating, and finally magnetizing packaging and shipping. .
