Automatic push rod sintering furnace
– Introduction
For powder metallurgy iron-copper-based products sintering, sintering of magnetic materials, high-alloy and cemented carbide products sintering.
Automatic push rod sintering furnace is a fully automatic continuous operation of powder metallurgy equipment, mainly used for sintering of powder metallurgy products. The whole set of equipment consists of the furnace body, boat pushing device and temperature control system composed of three parts. Heating elements are distributed on the upper and lower sides of the muffle, and are mounted on the left and right sides of the furnace through a pull-out type installation and installation and maintenance is very convenient. Each section is configured by the thermocouple, digital display only PID regulator and SCR closed-loop control system composed of automatic precision temperature control (temperature accuracy ± 10C).
Equipment manufacturing process characteristics
· Both front and rear inlet and outlet ends are equipped with double furnace doors to form a gas displacement chamber, which reduces the dew point and consumption of atmosphere and greatly improves the stability of product quality and production safety.
· Electric heating humidification catalytic dewaxing or direct gas heating method of rapid dewaxing process to improve production efficiency and product quality.
· Select a rapid cooling system to implement hardening gasification process to enhance the physical properties of products.
Optional carbon potential control system to achieve online measurement and control of the carbon atmosphere sintering atmosphere.
