Monocrystalline furnace is a kind of inert gas (nitrogen, helium-based) environment, with graphite heater polysilicon and other polycrystalline materials melting, with a straight pull method to grow the device without dislocation single crystal.

Vacuum Monocrystalline furnace is a modern equipment, which uses medium frequency induction heating to melt the metal or alloy, by a specially designed holding furnace and cooling system making a thermal gradient under vacuum conditions. Then produce directional solidification and single crystal component by the drop-down device. In order to obtain the highest temperature gradient and formation interface of solidification, it adopts the structure of the special design to meet the requirements of the temperature gradient.It is mainly used in the production of high temperature air material.
