High Temperature Low Vacuum Brazing Furnace
The device is mainly used in copper, nickel, gold, stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, especially aluminum, titanium alloys with high heat-resistant brazing.
Also suitable for titanium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum and other kinds of refractory alloys or dissimilar metals welding. Welding process, parts in vacuum atmosphere, with no oxidation, no pollution, the advantages as small workpiece deformation, and no flux brazing, no pores, slag, corrosions on workpiece. It can achieve multi-channel brazing seam, a number of components with the welding of highly efficient means of technology.
Application:
The device is mainly used in stainless steel plate fin heat sink vacuum brazing, car EGR vacuum brazing, oil cooler brazing, diamond tools brazing process, high temperature alloys, plate fin-type titanium radiator and other heat-resistant alloy vacuum brazing.
Features:
Vacuum brazing process, parts in vacuum atmosphere, with no oxidation, no pollution, small deformation (less than 0.05mm )
Advantages:
No flux vacuum brazing process, no pores, slag, no corrosion of the workpiece, it can achieve multi-channel solder joints, welding of multiple components at the same time efficient vacuum brazing process means.
There are vertical vacuum brazing furnaces and horizontal type vacuum brazing furnace, top loading and bottom loading two types of furnaces.
